In this video I run through a video comparison of the Newly released Hero3+ Black Edition Hero3 vs the Hero3 Black Edition in 1080P Mode at 30FPS. Not sure how the encoded video will look on Youtube but there isn't much in it when looking at the raw footage. The Hero3+ seems to maintain a higher shutter speed in low light conditions.
