This is the ESC Used in the video:

I still do not recommend these i recommend the Racerstar MS series ESC these need alot of work to get them running DSHOT 600.

You want to look at pages 38 and 40:
Page 38 has the pin layout of the chip and page 40 has the signal input pin in it P0.5 (UART0_RX)
