Well the first week of my stay in Korea is almost over, and in the past 4 days alone I've flown over 200 packs getting up at 8am and flying till sunset each day! My @xhoverllc Vanover frames have held up great to the abuse of metal gates and the constant midairs with @park_sung_ju_fpv ! Super happy to have taken 1st place in the @multigp south central regional finals here in Dallas this weekend! Even though it was pouring down liquid sunshine during and in between heats, and winds gusting over 30+mph towards the end, it still felt good to be racing at home and to be flying such an amazing track like the regional finals track. Congratulations to @mcgap_ for pushing me the whole day and taking a close 2nd place and for @itwillbefun.fpv for taking a well earned 3rd place! Also a special shoutout to everyone who helped out to make sure that this event happened, with all the rain it wasn't looking good for the race but thanks to the help of local chapter organizers @mckibben_fpv @old_man_fpv and many others like my wonderful mother @dronemomfpv and @rodeoannouncer we got it done! Well the world drone Cup here in Istanbul Turkey has finally come to an end, and I am happy to have taken 2nd place and received the title as reserve world champion of this event behind @minchan_fpv who took 1st! The final race was the closest and most intense race of my life, with minchan overtaking me in the final two seconds of the race to beat me by 1/10th of a second! Congrats to @changhyeon_fpv and @bmsthomas_ for taking 3rd and 4th in the final as well, you guys were hot on my tail! I also couldn't have done it without the last minute support of @fpv.niklas49 and @prestonflightone who helped me keep calm and allowed me to focus 100% on the final race. This was without a doubt the most competitive and most game changing race of my entire life and I can't wait to return next year to compete for the title of world champion once again!
