Almost ten years ago I remember watching the very first episode of Flitetest on YouTube and got inspired to venture into the world of RC for the very first time! Years later I remember watching rotorriot become the “flitetest of fpv drones “ and made it a goal of mine to get to the level of flying that was exhibited on the show. I kept pushing myself harder, practicing almost everyday, and tried my best to be a positive member in this drone community. When Drew Camden asked me to come on the show for the first time nearly a year ago I was so excited, but now I’m even more excited to announce that I’m the latest pilot addition of @rotor_riot ! As I prepare myself for the upcoming season of @thedroneracingleague , I’ve been using the DRL sim as a tool to practice. Well the simulator just got even better with version 3.0 just getting released on steam. It is honestly the most realistic simulator I’ve flown to date! Drl has worked with world leading experts in physics modeling to make the simulator fly as close to the real thing as possible, and being a person who has flown the real racer 3 vs the one in the simulator I can confidently say that they are almost identical in terms of flight characteristics and feel!#simlifepracticelife #drlsim #drlsimulator #drl2019 #vanover2k19

Another big day in the books for me! It’s been a dream of mine since I was ten years old to fly “little toot” and today I got my opportunity! Unlike other aircraft, little toot is a single seat airplane, meaning you figure it out when you leave the ground. Ive been spending the last few days flying this 1946 Cessna 140 aircraft and I’m in love! After a successful biannual flight review and checkout im ready to put in some more time learning the in’s and outs of this beautiful plane!
